  3. Pommes:
    6. Dans une casserole à feu doux faire fondre le beurre et rajouter les pommes épluchées et coupées en quartiers. Rajouter aussi cannelle et vanille. Laisser environ 10’ en remuant de temps en temps. NE PAS casser les pommes.
    Montage:
    7. Disposer les pommes sur le caramel déjà sec. II faut les caler les unes contre les autres. Bien les serrer entre elles!
    8. Couper un cercle de pâte de 24/25cm et couvrir. Rentrer les bords qui dépassent. Avec la pointe d’un couteau faire une cheminée
  4. 10. Enfourner à 180°C pendant 30’ environ, jusqu’à dorer. À la sortie du four, recouvrir d’un plat de service et retourner pour démouler. Attention c’est chaud !
